Adult Drivers Education

Adults ages 18–24 are required to complete a state-approved 6-hour adult drivers ed course. Adults 25 and older are not required, but many choose the course for clarity, confidence, and easier test preparation.

Yes. Adult students enrolled in our adult driver's education course can take the official written exam at our school, giving you a more comfortable, less stressful testing environment. 

Yes. All adult lessons are private, one-on-one sessions with a certified instructor who adjusts the pace to your comfort level.

It depends. Some adults need just a few brush-up hours, while others want full confidence training. We’ll help you choose the right package based on your experience and comfort level.

Yes, the school car is available at an additional cost. Many adults prefer using our training vehicle for the road test because it’s safe, familiar, and equipped with dual controls.

Classes will need to be rescheduled in person or by contacting the office.

Absolutely. We regularly work with international drivers who need to understand Texas driving laws, road signs, right-of-way rules, and DPS test requirements.

Our instructors specialize in teaching adults with driving anxiety. Lessons are calm, patient, and pressure-free, and we move only when you feel ready.

For all behind the wheel sessions you’ll need a valid (not expired) learner's permit or restricted license. We’ll send a checklist after you register. 

Yes — our school is DPS road test certified. It provides a more relaxed environment and faster scheduling than the DPS.
